The diamante citron fruit is the most celebrated citrus in Calabria by well known poets such as Byron and D’Annunzio. The Cedro Di Diamante has a unique quality of being a non acidic citrus that is fresh and sweet often used for culinary purposes. At one point in the 80s almost abandoned by perfumers for its highly illicit content of furocumarins. With the innovative abstraction technology, the oil is now extracted without furocumarins and bans were lifted.

The duo Oud Immortel and Accord Oud are both created around oud, a certain type of wood that because of its use in traditional incense and perfume, has gained great cultural significance and has gotten its existence recorded in one of the world's oldest written texts - the Sanskrit Vedas from India. When the once light heartwood from the Aquilaria tree becomes infected with a specific type of mold, it defends itself by saturating its core with a dark, highly fragrant, resin. This dark wood, oud or agarwood holds a complex fragrance, resembling few or no other natural ingredients.

The Mimosa arrived in Provence in the middle of 19th century. Blossoming in the heights of the trees around Hyde Park and The Cristal Palace. A British family asked to plant this elegant tree on the French Riviera where they would spend the winter months. Unintentionally, the demand for the mimosa flowers became so great that they were inevitably planted in Tanneron. Mimosa extract first appeared in perfumery in the 1940s. Since its arrival in perfumery, Mimosa can often be found in the most famous and prestigious compositions. As a perfumer, Mimosa Tanneron can be described as an ode to tenderness, sweetness, and the sensations of blossoming love.

My olfactory language is largely based on essences extracted from wood. Of these the most rare and solemn is Indian agarwood —also known as oud, its Arabic name. A unique, powerful and almost magical scent with a great tradition in Arab culture. The Bergamotto Di Calabria contains the precious material called the ‘Bergamot sponge’. The extraction is still done manually. First the fruit is sliced in half and the pulp is manually removed with a special incurved knife. Then the rind is compressed on a natural sponge in a circular motion to collect the essence. The essence accumulated is the most delicate and complex and resembles a fruity and floral note of jasmine. A return to the origins and to the traditional techniques to seize the best raw materials and enriching them with a drop of modernity, a composition that encloses the freshness of bergamot making it, after a long working process, persistent and energetic
