NANSHE is the name of a Sumerian goddess of fertility, water, and social justice, who was believed to be the patroness of dreams and prophecy. He cared for orphans and widows, supervised justice, fresh water, birds and fish, fertility, and favored the prophets, giving them the ability to interpret dreams accurately.
Together with perfumer Cecile Zarokian, the main challenge was to create a fragrance that reflected the kind, compassionate, welcoming and wise attributes of this divine figure. His goal is to bring fertility for more positive vibes and souls to make the world a better and fairer place to live.

The Mimosa arrived in Provence in the middle of 19th century. Blossoming in the heights of the trees around Hyde Park and The Cristal Palace. A British family asked to plant this elegant tree on the French Riviera where they would spend the winter months. Unintentionally, the demand for the mimosa flowers became so great that they were inevitably planted in Tanneron. Mimosa extract first appeared in perfumery in the 1940s. Since its arrival in perfumery, Mimosa can often be found in the most famous and prestigious compositions. As a perfumer, Mimosa Tanneron can be described as an ode to tenderness, sweetness, and the sensations of blossoming love.

This phrase simply states that among all flowers the rose is truly unique and today we have more than 50 varieties. I answered this delicate flower’s provocative calling with soft and voluptuous notes, and among all I have chosen the May Rose as it is the most cultivated flower in Grasse. For me Rose de Mai smells the brightest and most cheerful.
